Opening

Metamorphosis

In the upcoming years, the city centre of Ulft will see a profound metamorphosis. The centre will be transformed into a pleasant area with an attractive range of shops for a broad audience. Additionaly, over hundred dwellings will be constructed. To highlight the project, the developing parties and the municipality of Ulft have joined forces to create a Virtual Scale Model as an all-embracing communication instrument. The parts of the plan that are still being developed, will be added to the 3D model in a later phase.

Balcony

"The Virtual Scale Model is a good instrument to show aspirant inhabitants their future habitat." says Freek Jansen, District Consultant at housing corporation Wonion. "You are actually able to guide them to the balcony of the appartment and enjoy the view together."

Info stand

On monday July 6th, the official opening of the Ulft city centre information stand was celebrated. City councillor of the Municipality of Oude IJsselstreek Gerard van Balveren has officially inaugurated the Virtual Scale Model. Inhabitants, investors and other interested people can visit the info stand for more information about the plans.
