On Saturday September 12, BOKX Vastgoed has presented the big and ambitious urban renewal project 'De Stadstuin' to the public of the Flemish town Ronse. For this occasion we have enhanced the Virtual Scale Model of the plan with an ability for
stereoscopic 3D projection. Visitors were able to witness the project in a small cinema on location. With special 3D glasses the audience experienced the plan as if they were already inside the project.
更多…As of today, 3D capacity can be followed on the popular video platform Youtube. On our own channel, that can be found on
www.youtube.com/3dcapacity, a selection of recently finished projects is hosted. The videos are created using the videocapture functionality of our Virtual Scale Model, through which we can quickly record videos from the interactive models for HDTV, DVD and internet. You can also find the videos on the project pages in our portfolio.
The Virtual Scale Model of the plan Stadhouderspark in Vught has been inaugurated by councillor Ben Brands during the first sales event on location. This allowed the large audience to freely study the future houses and even their interiors in the plan. The Virtual Scale Model has been developed in a flexible manner parallel to the design process and has been used for a series of impressions and an animation movie accordingly. The buildings that are currently under development will be added to the Virtual Scale Model when they are ready.
